The view from the balcony which overlooked the sea.The quality of the sea food in the Restaurant. Incredibly, on the night of 08-11-08, The management decided to strip-out the kitchen between 11-00pm and 04-00am and used a jack hammer.This made it impossible to sleep must have awakened the entire hotel and caused me to consider refusing to pay. |

Very friendly hotel staff eager to help. They speak English. A feeling of the old, traditional, that we loved. This old hotel was completely remodeled. Taxis available 24 hrs. The fifth floor is completely non-smoking In the dressers no drawers to put our cloths, but shelves, however big closet. It was hot in August, in Izmir, and you could smell the carpet in the hall leading to the room. |

The location on the Kordon was exceptional. The common area floors - just outside the elevators and down the hallway - we stayed on the 4th floor - were very lumpy. Weird - like the cement was all uneven. |

The location is great, and the staff are very helpful. Also, there is a taxi stop infront of the hotel. They charged me more that I agreed with booking (I reserved in euros and I payed in YLT) due to conversion problems. They should be able to charge in euros. Also, they wanted to keep my pasport with them ultil my last day, and I do not like being in anther country unidentified. I had to pay in advance to keep my pasport. |

Une grande chambre avec un lit très confortable et un balcon donnant sur la mer. L'emplacement était central. Le personnel très gentil. Le branchement Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais il y avait des ordinateurs mis a disposition gratuitement. |
